MEET

A dedicated powerlifting coach and athlete, I spent 2.5 incredible years at Team Hype, helping athletes achieve national records, championship titles, and compete at world and European championships. As a long-time competitive powerlifter, I’ve experienced the sport from all angles, constantly learning and refining my approach to help others excel.

While I’m no longer actively coaching, powerlifting and Team Hype remain a huge part of my life. I stay involved by assisting at competitions, handling athletes, and offering advice whenever needed. The support and camaraderie within Team Hype inspire me to remain an active part of the community.

As an athlete, I’ve built a 605kg total at 83kg bodyweight, with best lifts of 210kg squat, 145kg bench press, and 250kg deadlift. My time as both an athlete and coach has given me a deep appreciation for the sport and the dedication it requires.

Powerlifting is more than just numbers it’s about growth, resilience, and community. Whether competing, coaching, or supporting behind the scenes, I remain committed to pushing the sport and its athletes forward.

Yes! Our coaches will do their best to work around your injury and help you heal as quickly as possible. We’ll adjust your program to ensure you can continue training safely while focusing on recovery. Your progress and well-being are our top priorities.

Depending on the coach, you’ll be able to communicate through Instagram or WhatsApp. Additionally, we have two community group chats, one on Discord and one on Instagram, where you can ask questions and get answers in a fraction of a minute. This ensures you’re always supported, whether it’s sharing training videos for feedback, seeking advice, or staying connected with the Team Hype community.

We provide basic nutrition advice to help you adjust to your current eating habits and ensure they align with your training and performance goals.
